Alzheimer's Care

Our Adult Day Services program offers an organized adult day program of therapeutic, social and health activities and services to frail and/or disabled adults and persons with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. An Alzhemier's Day Care Resource Center is also on location to serve seniors with moderate to advance stages of Alzheimer's Disease of dementia.

Assisted Living

We have affordable senior housing in San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties for seniors who need specialized 24-hour board and care, with one home (Autumn Glow Assisted Living in San Francisco) designed for those with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.

Computer Learning

Computer centers (Technology and Information Empowerment Centers) allows older adults the opportunity to discover the strength of utilizing technologies by offering age appropriate and bilingual computer courses for all levels.

Employment Training and Placement

We run an extensive and acclaimed employment program for older and displaced workers in the community by supporting them through each step of the job seeking process, from job training and counseling to placement and retention.

Fun and Wellness Program

Our Fun and Wellness Program promote active and healthy lifestyles for older adults by providing nutritional meals and a multitude of recreational activities, senior living education and support services.

Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP)

HICAP offers “Free unbiased Medicare counseling assistance”.

Homecare and Hospice

For those seeking long term care, HomeCare and Hospice provides bilingual and bicultural in-home health care for frail or disabled older adults, so that they may remain in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

House Cleaning Services

Established in 1972, Self-Help for the Elderly provides training and employment for the graduates of the Housekeeping program. Individuals and businesses may hire housekeepers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and/or for a one-time comprehensive cleaning.

Senior Housing

Independent living apartment complex that provide quality affordable housing for seniors in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Social Services

Social Services offer practical solutions and guidance in the areas of case management, elder advocacy, housing, counseling, naturalization, in-home support services, general information and referrals.
