Self-Help for the Elderly's Services
Adult Day Services Our Adult Day Services program offers an organized adult day program of therapeutic, social and health activities and services to frail and/or disabled adults and persons with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. An Alzhemier's Day Care Resource Center is also on location to serve seniors with moderate to advance stages of Alzheimer's Disease of dementia.
Assisted Living We have affordable senior housing in San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties for seniors who need specialized 24-hour board and care, with one home designed for those with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.
Employment Training and Placement We run an extensive and acclaimed employment program for older and displaced workers in the community by supporting them through each step of the job seeking process, from job training and counseling to placement and retention.
Homecare and Hospice For those seeking long term care, HomeCare and Hospice provides bilingual and bicultural in-home health care for frail or disabled older adults, so that they may remain in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Computer Center Computer centers (Technology and Information Empowerment Centers) allows older adults the opportunity to discover the strength of utilizing technologies by offering age appropriate and bilingual computer courses for all levels.
Wellness and Fitness Center Wellness and Fitness Center offers various health and fitness programs for adults. The spacious facility is conveniently located at 601 Jackson Street, San Francisco, on the corner of Jackson and Kearny. The purpose of the Wellness and Fitness Center is to provide a fun, effective and affordable fitness program to enhance the physical and mental well-being of participants. The programs are designed to address the needs of increasing physical activities of working and retired mature adults.
