Kwok Yuen Assisted Living The Kwok Yuen Assisted Living residential care facility is an attractive Spanish-colonial building situated on two beautifully landscaped acres in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose within a quiet and peaceful residential area. It is designed to provide 24-hour board and care services to adults 60 years of age or older.
Kwok Yuen offers 40 single bedrooms in a two-floor building. The facility accommodates ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. RCFE license number 435294269. A large dining room, spacious living room and landscaped courtyard are all designed to create a serene and home-like setting. Family members are able to meet their loved ones in comfortable lounges specially designed for them. Residents of Kwok Yuen can also continue to enrich their lives by participating in the activities offered by the M.T. Liang Center located in the same building where provides nutritious lunch and activities for older adults in the community.

Over 19 years of experience Self-Help for the Elderly opened its first assisted living facility in San Francisco’s Richmond District in 1989.
