Commercial cleaning services include offices, stores, restaurants, hotels, schools and other commercial buildings and facilities. We offer cleaning services anytime that is convenient for your business including evenings, nights, and early mornings. Our workers are dedicated and trained to handle any cleaning challenge, whatever the type of facility. They are trained through our custodial cleaning training program and go through a 9-13 week intensive training process. The program trains them to be prepared in all types of situations and how to clean all kinds of commercial buildings.

Commercial cleaning services include (but are not limited to):

• Cleaning entrances, foyers, reception areas
• Cleaning or vacuuming stairs
• Cleaning elevators
• Mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpets
• Dusting
• Cleaning furniture
• Cleaning air vents
• Removing wastebaskets
• Cleaning restrooms
• Washing windows
• Cleaning kitchen area

Rates:
Weekly or bi-weekly regular services*
(minimum of 4 hours of service per visit required)
$35.00/hr x 5 = $140 minimum charge

Temporary one-time services*
(minimum of 4 hours of service per visit required)
$38.00/hr = $152 minimum charge

*Prices are subject to change. Our housekeeping service does not include cleaning supplies.
