Case Management

Elder Abuse Prevention & Intervention is a social service provided by Self-Help for the Elderly to seniors who may be a victim of abuse and neglect. We take it into our own hands to create a better quality and safer life for these seniors.

This program is a short-term, in-home social service for seniors and disabled adults who require emergency services. Services include personal care, homemaker, and household chores.

Naturalization Program

Self-Help for the Elderly provides a naturalization program to assist seniors with the citizenship application process. Participants will receive information, consultations, and assistance with citizenship applications.

SF Pathways to Citizenship

SF Pathways to Citizenship initiative is a partnership that promotes citizenship and civic participation among citizenship-eligible immigrants. Eligible San Franciscans are able to learn about their rights to apply for citizenship and will be helped with the citizenship process.
