Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP)
Self-Help for the Elderly is pleased to be part of San Francisco's Broadband Technology and Opportunity Program (BTOP). BTOP is a Federal program to end the digital divide, expanding access to and encouraging use of broadband high speed internet services, by funding a variety of innovative programs nationwide. San Francisco's BTOP initiative seeks to increase broadband adoption by teaching computer and internet skills and demonstrating the value of broadband based technologies, such as social media and video communication.
