Self-Help for the Elderly -- Helping Seniors Help Themselves Since 1966

Computer Learning Self-Help for the Elderly's Technology and Information Empowerment (TIE) Center was launched in 1998 as part of the agency's initiative to bridge the digital divide by providing technological education and curriculum tailored to the cultural needs of our students. Courses are taught year-round by instructors that provide small group classes in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
