An Exploration of Augmentin's Dual Antibiotic Components
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. In addition to liver damage, mixing Augmentin with alcohol can also cause dizziness, drowsiness, and impaired judgment. Additionally, it's commonly utilized in managing skin infections, sinusitis, and urinary tract infections, offering patients relief from uncomfortable symptoms. Additionally, healthcare providers should be informed of any known allergies before prescribing Augmentin to minimize the risk of an allergic reaction.
